Its either a QR code that you'll pass or not make it to before you order (more of a commercial and cookie distributor than a menu too). Then you get to the front where there are screens constantly cycling other adds, so I hope you can find what you want in 15 seconds. Their solutions? They hand out paper menus AFTER you make it, order, pay, and are about to get your drink. Just an unimaginably stupid problem for how smooth the rest of this place is made to flow.

But they have been open a while and got us again today. Ordered a half sweet latte today and there was absolutely no syrup in it. I always order half sweet so I know what the flavor should be. My husband ordered a half sweet brunette and it was way too sweet. Again, he orders this often and knows what the flavor should be. My guess is that they added my pumps to his drink. We were lazy and just mixed our two drinks together once we got home. Moving forward we will definitely be tasting our drinks before leaving the line. The staff is always friendly and service is typically fast (maybe too fast…)
