  Never coming back here. We ordered 2 of the $8 meal deals. One with a hot coffee and one with an iced coffee and 2 extra hashbrowns. The girl said it was $30. When we asked why she got really rude and it told us to was because of the cold brew. We didn't order a cold brew. We ordered a hot coffee and an iced coffee. She got super rude after that and fixed our order and then gave us our food but the hashbrowns were missing. The same rude girl left them in the microwave. Never coming back to this Einstein.

  How do you run out of plain bagels, TWICE in a week? Service has been very spotty and slow. Even though this location is a lot closer, we’ll continue to go to the Cedar Park location until the one off Rondal Reagan opens. Hopefully that one won’t let us down.

  I absolutely loved the food! I got the chorizo sunrise with 2 eggs and one of their caramel cold brew shakes! Def would recommend to anyone new and like spicy foods. Service was amazing, Nikki is great at making conversation and was very kind. Got my drink to sip on before my food, service was amazing, food was amazing. Great place to go to start off your day!

  I had an amazing experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels thanks to Jayden! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They handled my order quickly and made sure everything was exactly right. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about customer service, but Jayden went above and beyond to make my visit a great one. The positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back, great food and even better service. Thank you, Jayden!

  I enjoy my mornings more when coming to Leander Einstein, I love the people who work here I’ve been coming throughout the year and love experiencing the customer service from each individual. Great authentic customer service is hard to come by, smiles conversations connection it’s all here at Einstein when I arrive. I want to give the greatest appreciation and gratitude to the GM Lisa and her staff for always giving me a positive vibe and a great start to my mornings before I head into work!
