  I came in to pick up a mobile order and briefly stopped with my hazards on, as there were no available parking spots. A man in a different uniform possibly a manager in his 60s with long gray hair approached and asked whose car it was. I immediately cooperated and walked out with him to move my vehicle. However, while I was moving my car, he made a completely unnecessary and rude comment saying I “shouldn’t own a dog,” simply because my dog was sitting in the car with the AC running to stay comfortable and safe. My dog was perfectly fine. That comment was disrespectful, uncalled for, and crossed a line. I was a cooperative, paying customer. I want to fight but the store busy and other employees are respectful and were happy to assist. If you feel stressed tell him to take rest give this opportunity to someone young who can better do this job.

  My mother and I went through Chick-fil-A today and the staff was amazing, Robert in particular was super friendly and was able to help us out when we didn’t get our order correctly.

  Always something missing in my orders, sometimes a straw ,or sauce, or MY FREE COOKIE.. don’t go here place a ripoff. They now have No Curbside.a definite NO on ever returning.

  Arrived for mobile order. Manager saw my name and said it should be out in a minute. 15 minutes later no order. Someone cleared my order without bagging it. No apology.

  They need to stop doing uber orders all together. Today marks time number 3 that I've ordered through Uber eats and my food never gets delivered; only for them to tell the driver that my order was already picked up. If you can't man your to go pick up orders them don't do them at all.
