    I usually go for a build-your-own bowl packed with protein and fiber-rich grains, which keeps it both filling and nutritious. Tried this location for the first time, and it was just as good as the others, fresh ingredients, great flavor, and consistent quality. Definitely my go-to spot when I want something healthy without compromising on taste.

    Cava can have some great food, but it can also lack great depth. Out of everything it tries to be, most of the time thee meat can either be dry or lack deep taste. Which can overflavour; despite it's lessfulness, the pita and other tastes you'd want. Many great ideas come from it, but sometimes the price at Cava can be a bit high. Despite all it is, it is a great lunch idea. If you chose to do dinner with Cava, be ready for a different feeling as it has a better taste for lunch.

    We were looking for a healthy place to eat and decided to stop by CAVA. As soon as we walked in, Dom greeted us and made us feel super welcome. He helped us with our choices, explained everything, and was just really friendly the whole time. The service honestly made the experience even better. We really liked this location, not just the food, but the great staff too. Definitely recommend if you’re nearby!

    Posting this here to bring visibility to an unacceptable customer experience and to ensure it reaches the right leadership team at CAVA. On March 27, 2026, at approximately 8:15 PM, I had a concerning experience at the CAVA location at 128 S Brook Dr, Leander, TX. My order was missing an item despite confirming twice at pickup. What should have been a simple correction escalated unnecessarily due to the conduct of the staff member assisting us. When I calmly raised the issue, the employee (a lady) responded rudely, told me to “keep my voice low,” and then escalated the situation by asking me to leave and threatening to call the police. This was not only disproportionate but deeply concerning. The interaction felt hostile, intimidating, and discriminatory—far from what one expects from a customer-facing brand. As someone who values strong customer experience and operational accountability, this raises serious concerns about training, escalation handling, and store-level management. Keeping employees who engage in such behavior will directly impact brand trust and customer loyalty. I am hoping this reaches CAVA leadership so this incident is reviewed seriously, appropriate action is taken, and safeguards are put in place to ensure no customer has to go through a similar experience. #CustomerExperience #Accountability #Leadership #ServiceStandards #RetailOperations

    I had a very disappointing experience at CAVA (128 S Brook Dr, Leander, TX) on 3/27/2026 at 8:15 PM. My order was missing an item even after we confirmed twice at drive through pickup window. We had to go inside to get it—basic order accuracy was clearly lacking. When I pointed this out calmly, the staff member (a lady) was rude, told me to “keep my voice low,” and then escalated the situation by asking me to leave and threatening to call the police. The behavior felt hostile, intimidating, and racist. What should have been a simple fix turned into an unacceptable interaction. This was not customer service—it felt like harassment. Keeping employees with such behavior will hurt CAVA’s business. Management should take this seriously and take appropriate action. No customer should be treated this way.
