When he called the store, he was told to bring the wings back and they would replace them. Unfortunately, he was already on his way to work and couldn’t return at that time. Since I work about five minutes away, I later called to confirm that I could come pick up the replacement order that had been offered. The manager I spoke with, Deryon, was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful on the phone. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, her attitude made the situation worse. Customers should not be spoken to that way, especially when they are simply trying to fix a problem with food they paid for that wasn’t prepared correctly. I hope management or corporate reviews the phone calls because the interaction was completely unprofessional. Customer service should always be handled with respect and professionalism.
