Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    This is definitely not a Chick-fil-A, but man Legend definitely has that vibe when taking my order every time. Very nice and very friendly and my kids loved the fist bump. The drive-through was a little long and it did take a little minute to get, but overall I was satisfied the store is gonna be home for the next couple years for sure. 😋

    I went through the drive-thru this evening. They prepared my order, everything was great. I had asked my passenger to check the order. I was told the fries were missing. So I went inside,the young lady that asked if she could help was very cordial. I showed her the receipt and mentioned the fries were . missing from my order. Without hesitation she went to the back and came back with fries and a smile. When I got home I went through the order and found the original fries were in a box of strips. I just wanted to thank the crew for getting the order right the first time. Also thank the very nice young lady for my other fries and apologize for our (my) mistake for not checking the bag myself.

    Ordered through the app. I got there on time. I had to wait in the drive thru for 45 minutes. Once I got to the window, they didn't have my order done. This is not only time I have had issues at this location. They get orders wrong, gave the wrong food, gave you other people's orders, and they are slow. This is the worst location I have ever been to.

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst Whataburger I’ve visited. The staff appeared very undertrained and unprofessional. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged, while employees avoided eye contact and didn’t engage with customers. I eventually had to use the touchscreen to place my order. While waiting, I witnessed multiple customers frustrated with incorrect orders and poor service. Some staff members were dismissive, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic and poorly managed. The restaurant itself was also disappointing. Despite being open only about a month, the interior felt sticky and unclean. That, combined with the lack of professionalism, made me concerned about overall food handling. Unfortunately, the food matched the experience—bland, unseasoned, and with an unpleasant bitter taste. I would recommend visiting other Whataburger locations in the area instead. This location needs serious improvement.

    I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Been there 3 times, we're going back to Wendy's. Drive thru, you might as well get out and walk in. Can't complete orders correctly. Wife ordered my burger no onions or mustard plus cheese. Had onions, mustard and NO cheese. She asked for ketchup and when she unwrapped it ketchup was everywhere. Food was cold, fries & onion rings were cold. Asked guy at the windows for a receipt, he said its in the bag, it was the build slip. Guess he knew they messed up so we couldn't use the receipt to complain. So sad that people & companies don't care about customer service anymore.
