Ordered online, even added a tip, ordered three meals, had my daughter go pick up the order, all of the orders were incorrect. They messed up just about everything. Even totally left out a Super Sonic Japapeno cheeseburger from the order. I tried to call the number listed on both Google and their website, it was NOT Sonic, but some hotel booking thing. I couldn't even report what was wrong with the order. My daughter went back to get the missing burger, when it finally showed up, I suspect that the burger was made way back when it was first ordered and sat there until it was picked up, it wasn't hot at all. Not to mention the fact that it was still prepared incorectly. Normally, I am pretty accepting of the fact that these places employ less than ideal workers, and I expect an occasional mistake, but how it is handled to supposedly correct the issue makes a big difference. This location is horribly run and makes no attempts at all to make things right when they mess up. I cannot imagine ever placing an order with this location again, maybe if I am there to eat in the car, but not like this. In addition to all this, they were just rude.
Seeing a trend with most of the 1 star reviews here saying how the drive thru is terrible. Then stop using it. It's 2026. Use the app and mobile order. I've never waited more than 5 minutes to receive my food at this location. Food is always pretty decent too and the employee that brought it out to me last night was quite pleasant. I am deducting a star though since they never seem to give me the sauces I order.

I went to pick up an order as a delivery driver, and part of the order was missing when it was handed to me. I went through the drive-thru to request the missing items, and the older lady at the window closed it while I was speaking to her.
I felt very uncomfortable with the way I was treated, and the interaction came across as rude and dismissive. As someone doing my job, I expected basic respect and professionalism.
This experience was disappointing, and I hope management takes this seriously and improves customer service for both customers and delivery drivers.

I’m not normally that person, but I’m officially done with this location of Sonic. Whoever was working the night shift tonight yelled at us through the machine, got mad when we corrected the order back, snatched the card from us and basically threw the drink at us, and didn’t tell us whether she had run the card before handing it back. She didn’t give us a receipt and slammed the window. We waited a second, she came back to the window, and went “what?”
We asked if it was run because we didn’t have a receipt and she said yes and then shut the window again and walked away. To top that off, the drink was made wrong? It doesn’t look like the card transaction actually went through, so I guess we didn’t lose anything but a moment of our sanity.

I'm probably going to stop eating here. The food is always good and the service is usually fast, it's just that there's a specific worker I've encountered twice now that makes me a little uncomfortable. The first time I encountered her, I was making a late night snack stop with a friend, she was acting and speaking in a slow and strange manner, we just assumed she was high due to the late hour and laughed it off. But today I stopped by just to get myself lunch, and she had gotten my order wrong: no big deal, happens sometimes, everyone makes mistakes, but when I pointed it out and asked for the order to be corrected (I don't need two combos, just one, I can't eat all that) she got defensive and started to insist I had ordered two. I repeated my order back to her, because I WAS a little confused on why she thought I ordered two when I had said "Could I get a medium number 8 combo" and literally nothing else besides "with a Big Red as the drink. And a medium mozzarella stick." and nothing else. She got huffy and SHOVED the two drinks into my hand and stormed away. When she came back to give me a new receipt I apologized for some reason (lol why did I? I was just trying to ease the strange tension she created) but she said nothing to me for the rest of the exchange. I gave her one of the drinks back, she handed me my food, I said thank you, she said NOTHING. I wouldn't have even thought to complain/write a review if she had just awkwardly mumbled "sorry about that" or "have a nice day." I also don't understand the belligerence, it wasn't like I ACCUSED her of getting the order wrong or was angry myself, like I said these things happen sometimes. I've worked my fair share of retail and customer service enough to know it's not a big deal to just say "oops sorry" and change the order. These kind of interactions with people who seem irrationally angry make you nervous to eat the food given to you. So yeah, I'm probably not going to go back.
