  I love the food, but I thought this Panera location had a touchscreen for ordering. The menu boards on the wall have very small lettering, and I can't see them well. And the cashier didn't have much patience for explaining what was on the menu. Everything else is fine, but they are missing the monitors—like the ones at other Panera locations—that are designed for people with disabilities like me.

  The lady behind the counter in the kitchen was RUDE and then argued out loud with another patron. The only thing I ordered was a cinnamon roll online but I waited :15 to arrive and another:15 before I asked why my order was taking so long. (They never started it)…While waiting I couldn’t believe how dirty the floors were. Yuck!

  This place is horribly slow, If you’re picking up a to-go or delivery, expect a long wait. Even when it’s not busy, sheer incompetence from those making the food. Snails work faster.

  Servers were innatentive and seemed to have poor moral. Nevertheless the food was good and correct which seems to be harder to come by nowadays.

  Ive never tried panera bread in my life. First time going because I had a tooth pulled and have to eat soft food and soups for a couple days and I was absolutely shocked. Rustic Baked potato soup, and Bistro French onion are so delicious. With a side brownie and a "baget" made it top notch. I will absolutely be coming back for seconds and thirds in the near future. The staff who got my order ready was also very professional and super friendly too. I look forward to next time when I go back to get more food.
