- CNCumulus NimbleApr 4, 20261.0Ok I'm done with this store and exasperated. I've shopped here for years and get my prescriptions here but no more. Walgreens for that and HEB in Alvin meaning no more fresh fish for me. Too bad they don't deliver prescriptions to either the Santa Fe or Alvin. Three weeks ago I was at this store and I drove through the curbside parking and there we 20 spots open whereas the rest of the lot was jammed. I had to park as far away as one can and I'm handicapped. Handicapped people are second to curbside. If you go in the store you are second class to people that choose to use their phone for a personal shopper. Today I had the same experience with 13 curbside open and the rest of the lot was a madhouse. I couldn't find a parking spot so I got my prescriptions for the last time in the drive through. I had a shopping list but gave up. I recently called Publix and Trader Joes and invited them to consider coming here. HEB has made a big mistake.

I love the convenience of ordering on the app. Unfortunately I don't want to order produce for pick-up or delivery anymore after receiving food we couldn't eat. On one occasion we spent $10 on grapes in the hard plastic container. They were so bad I had to take them in...same day of pick up. The manager said go pick out more. I couldn't find them anywhere. I happen to run into the produce manager and asked where they were and he said oh those were removed due to quality issues. So why would they have put them in my order? The overcrowding is why I do pick up now, but I will now go in to grab produce. I really like this store and the associates are mostly nice...but perhaps understaffed when it comes to bagging groceries. I can relate to many of the reviews I see.
