We’ve been consistently disappointed with this Wingstop. When you pay $50 to $75 for wings, you expect great food and service. Instead, we've had rude experiences, especially with the same employee who hands us water cups and says, ‘This is only for water,’ as if we don’t know. We just want to hydrate our kids without the attitude or lecture. On top of that, the wings are dry and subpar. We won’t be returning—at this price, we expect better.

This was honestly one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had, and it hurts to write this because I usually enjoy Wingstop’s food. The issue isn’t the wings it’s the people running the place and how helpless they act over the smallest mistakes.
The store felt like it was staffed almost entirely by kids, and while I respect young people working, the lack of maturity and problem-solving skills was painfully obvious. A tiny mistake was made with my order something that could have been fixed in seconds and instead of trying to help, the staff acted like it was completely impossible. Not “we’re sorry,” not “let’s see what we can do,” but more like helping me would somehow be illegal or against the laws of nature.
There was no accountability, no empathy, and no effort. Just blank stares, shoulder shrugs, and excuses. It felt less like a restaurant and more like a group of teenagers who didn’t want to deal with responsibility. When you’re paying full price for food, you shouldn’t feel like you’re asking for the impossible just by requesting a simple correction.
Wingstop seriously needs more adults on staff people who know how to communicate, take ownership of mistakes, and actually care about customer satisfaction. Adults understand that fixing a small error isn’t a threat, it’s basic customer service. Right now, this location feels poorly managed and completely disconnected from what customers expect.
I wanted to leave happy. Instead, I left disappointed, annoyed, and feeling brushed off. Until Wingstop takes professionalism and customer care seriously, especially by hiring and empowering more mature staff, I won’t be coming back.

Am I able to submit ideas to Wingstop for future consideration?
We at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. ("Wingstop") are proud that our fans are excited by our brand and want to share their ideas, innovations, flavors, and other wing-loving thoughts with us. However, Wingstop has a full-time staff of wing experts who we rely on to generate new ideas for our brand and our fans. Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don't want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.
UNSOLICITED IDEAS
Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
TERMS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS
If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
