  i ordered for pick up through doordash and when my partner picked up the food and brought it up they left out 2 ranches and our drink. not only that but i ordered lemon pepper chicken tenders which is a DRY rub. Does this look dry to yall? No, it is full of GREASE. when we went back to pick up the missing items and ask to remake the tenders , they refused to make me new tenders. what they did was take the same tenders i already took home and opened and threw them back into the grease fryer. so they were already drenched and grease and recooked in grease😂 not only that but i took that food home and yall put it in the same fryer used to cook everyone else’s food in which is 100% a health code violation. They told me to wait for manager when we asked for refund and now manager is refusing the refund stating to contact doordash. doordash will not offer the refund since it was a pick up order not delivery. Absolutely disgusted with the food and customer service.

  Very disappointed with this Wingstop location. I got home and realized my order had no ranch dressing at all, which made the meal incomplete. By the time I went back, my food was already cold. I politely asked if it could be remade and was told no. The employee who handled the situation initially told me her name was Nora, but when I returned to the store she changed her name to Lisa. Her coworkers later confirmed her real name is Nora, which made the situation even more unprofessional. On top of that, her attitude was very nasty and dismissive when I came in just trying to fix a mistake that wasn’t mine. Poor customer service and lack of accountability. I expected better.

  excellent crew working today 12/14/25. Clean store and courteous crew. Checked multiple times to see how everything was. 2 young men running the show. Store was also very clean. Good job!

  Ms Nora the manager was extremely rude and wasted 10 mins of our time when their drink machine wasn’t working. After multiple employees told her it didn’t and when I wanted my fries redone from waiting so long she has a whole attitude. No only did she display an attitude towards me she had one at the employee helping me at the counter. Horrible customer service and very nasty display towards staff in front of customers! To the point where other people were questioning their orders and if they should eat there!
