  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst Whataburger I’ve visited. The staff appeared very undertrained and unprofessional. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged, while employees avoided eye contact and didn’t engage with customers. I eventually had to use the touchscreen to place my order. While waiting, I witnessed multiple customers frustrated with incorrect orders and poor service. Some staff members were dismissive, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic and poorly managed. The restaurant itself was also disappointing. Despite being open only about a month, the interior felt sticky and unclean. That, combined with the lack of professionalism, made me concerned about overall food handling. Unfortunately, the food matched the experience—bland, unseasoned, and with an unpleasant bitter taste. I would recommend visiting other Whataburger locations in the area instead. This location needs serious improvement.

  I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Been there 3 times, we're going back to Wendy's. Drive thru, you might as well get out and walk in. Can't complete orders correctly. Wife ordered my burger no onions or mustard plus cheese. Had onions, mustard and NO cheese. She asked for ketchup and when she unwrapped it ketchup was everywhere. Food was cold, fries & onion rings were cold. Asked guy at the windows for a receipt, he said its in the bag, it was the build slip. Guess he knew they messed up so we couldn't use the receipt to complain. So sad that people & companies don't care about customer service anymore.

  whataburger moved into our neighborhood . mmm mmm good . i'm sure it's been the neighborhood talk . i've made it a morning walk . I get a breakfast platter . it all matters . scrambled eggs and hash browns . it's going down . extra crispy bacon . what's shakin' bacon . biscuit with a side of chicken gravy . baby . top it off with a fresh hot cup of joe . nothing left to go . let's talk about the crew . the job they do . iza . pronounced like lisa . without the l . does her job so well . she greets you with a smile when you come through the door . she's seen me before . I keep coming back for more . she has a bubbly personality . it's pleasing to see . the manager introduced himself to me . his name is Jaime . his interaction is genuinely . welcome the newest whataburger in the lc . 77573 . wendell aka WeeInTheCity .

  I went up to get napkins at the drink station and it was crowded so I went over to ask the young lady at the register if I could plz get a napkin and she said they are right over there.. I was like I can't get to them there is to many people. She said well there is not any back here. First off that was a dam lie cause that is all where the food come out and they put napkins in you stuff that goes out! The problem is that she did want to take the extra step to help the customer cause she was in a hurry for me to step away so she could go hangout with her friends or boyfriend that was setting in the both right in front of register. She needs more training , simple as that... And she didn't have name tag on .. Tattoo on arms and we were here at 3pm.

  I’ve always considered Whataburger one of the better fast-food burger chains, which is why this visit was so disappointing. Unfortunately, this particular location really missed the mark. I ordered a double meat Whataburger with the usual fixings and Whataburger sauce. The burger itself tasted bland, and the patties were dry and seemed stale or overheld. They were curled up around the edges and didn’t have that fresh, juicy texture I’ve come to expect. Overall, it just lacked flavor. We also ordered a family box of fries. The portion size was decent, but the fries were bland and somewhat cold. I did have about a 15-minute drive home after pickup, so I can understand some heat loss, but that doesn’t explain the near-total lack of seasoning or flavor. They needed a generous amount of ketchup just to make them enjoyable. To add to the experience, the coffee machine was apparently putting grounds into the coffee. The employee explained it needed to be cleaned out and was offering customers the option to take coffee in that condition. That was surprising and disappointing — it seems like something that should be resolved before serving it to guests. Overall, this visit was not up to the standard I expect from Whataburger, and it will likely keep me from returning to this particular location.
