  The rudest Taco Bell in my history of eating taco bell. Don't come here if you don't want to meet rude, disrespectful employee. They didn't leave me alone when I was struggling with the stupid kiosk. I was feeling overwhelmed by the kiosk, that is so difficult to use. The rude, annoying, taco bell man came over to me and just stood there by me. I felt pressured to buy stuff by him breathing down my neck. He literally gave me no space. Taco Bell needs to tell their employees to leave people alone when they are using their frustrating kiosk. I was feeling pressured to buy their dumb Mexican food by him standing so close to me. This was on Jan, 3, 2026. I left this impolite Taco Bell. I'm never trying to eat in here. That just gave me anger bubbling up inside me. Taco Bell leave overwhelmed customers alone. Don't stand there making them nervous. I was trying to eat inside restaurant. I panicked with the kiosk. WHY CANT TECHNOLOGY STOP TAKING OVER PLACES? I WANT CONTACT WITH ACTUAL HUMANS WHEN ORDERING. THIS STUPID MAN KEPT ASKING, OH DO YOU WANT THIS OR THIS OR THIS. I felt so overwhelmed.

  WOULD ABSOLUTELY GAVE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE NEGATIVE 10000. TODAY 12/24/25 IT SAID ON TH3 WEBSITE AND MOBILE APP THEY CLOSE AT 7! I PLACED A MOBILE PRDER AT 6:05PM. GOT THERE IN 8 MINUTES AND NOBODY SAID ANYTHING . I WAITED AND WAITED THEY HAD ALREADY CLEANED AND CLOSED THE PLACE WELL BEFORE 6:30PM. MCDONALDS WOULD NEVER. I GOT CORPORATES NUMBER AND WILL BE CALLING THEM TILL THEY DO SOMWTHING ABOUT THUS HORRIBLE PLACE. ALSO THERE WAS STAFF STILL INSIDE HIDING

  This may be one of my fav taco bell locations. They always have the place clean and we have always had really friendly service. Food is as good as your going to get from a taco bell.

  Not sure who the white girl with black frame glasses working the drive thru is but she’s extremely rude and acts like she doesn’t care about her job. Literally tossing the bags of food onto the counter and walking off instead of just setting them down.

  WORST TACO BELL IVE EVER BEEN TOO. The employee at the register bucked up to my boyfriend because he asked for his correct food order. The cashier then told my boyfriend “to watch his tone” which obviously upset my man . The general manager went up behind the rude cashier and didn’t make the situation any better and was being just as rude. Once my boyfriend finally got his correct food order and he came home to eat, he told me what happened and i called the manager about the rude employee and asked for a refund. She refused to give me one until I explained how unprofessional both her and her employer treated my boyfriend who is a paying customer. She said the only way she can give me a refund is if I drive up there with the food and return it. I told her no because that’s ridiculous . She eventually said I could bring my receipt in exchange for the refund so not sure why she told me to bring the food back to her in the first place.Once I got off the phone with the lady. I opened my tacos to WATER dripping out of the wrapper of all 3 of my tacos and they were extremely soggy and not edible. This place is a waste of space and the employees are terrible. We will make sure to never let this establishment have our money again . 0 STARS. Please get a better manager and employees.
