I wasn't paying attention when he was putting the chicken in (my fault), so I didn't realize until I started eating that he had used the shredded chicken instead of the premium grilled chicken. By that point I was just hungry and did not want to bother to have him make another sandwich, but it definitely changes the flavor of that sub. Not quite as good.

Mind you this was a mobile order that was being picked up by a co worker. They say i have to do that in the app. Ok perfect…except it doesn't let you. So i tried to call the phone number they have and it literally says the phome number is not in service for the store. After 42 attempts to contact them..nada. I tried option 3 for the customer hotline. Its a recording, try the catering option for number 2. My goodness its a recording. I have tried everything and cannot get in touch with anyone. So subway took my money. I never got my food and i cannot get in touch with them. I would love for the franchise owner to get in touch with me. I think this is ridiculous and i know i cannot be the only one who has experienced this at this location.
