Staff always seems inconvenienced to serve customers. Mobile orders take 20-25 minutes to come out, even when it is empty there. Unfortunately we lime the drinks and snacks so we go back. But if I had another option close by I would take it!

Super slow moving. The screens for ordering were broken so you weren't able to see the entire menu. We were brought the wrong order first.

Major decline in service at this sonic. I used to joke that this was the "good sonic" because they were quick and orders were done correctly. But lately it's been extremely slow even when using the mobile order ahead, and my drinks have been wrong the past few times. Today I waited 15 minutes for an order ahead and finally went through the drive through where I was told I checked in wrong. They gave me my drink which was the wrong size (it was a small I ordered a large) and when I said that they told me I was wrong. I showed the receipt and they made me a new one, which as I drove away realized it was now a large but with a coke zero instead of diet coke, not the same! IYKYK. No one apologized for the wait, for the mistakes, anything. Just attitude and a drink I didn't ask for. Would not recommend.

its really sad now-a-days. these companies and employees cant get simple fast food orders correct.
i asked for tator tots with cheese and got fries with cheese instead. how stupid do you have to be?
