Went to this location at 6:08 am, fell on my knee really hard, bruised up now, and NOBODY would help me, as I screamed in pain, WHICH I KNOW is on video. Employees everywhere, I’m yelling in pain, and nobody would help. Never coming back,

If it's not curbside it's something with the food. Pretty disgusting - large clumps in my HEB chips! Let it go, continued shopping here. Just came to pick up my curbside checked in at 9:30, says curbside does not close until 10 PM. Check in on the app, put spot number, sit in my car for a while. Nobody ever brings my stuff out. Go inside ask for assistance and I'm told sorry they left and the Manager doesn't know how to work the new Curbside System so you can't get your food come try again tomorrow. Ridiculous!

I came to this H-E-B on Gulf Fwy in League City last year. I rang up my shopping cart at the self serve. I ran into an issue with a coupon and I had to ring everything again. At the end, I told the attendant that it didn't take my coupon after I already paid. He said the coupons were part of the purchase price. I had to go to another H-E-B store to see how the receipt says. Yeah. He lied. If the coupons were used, it would have shown on the receipt. Ugh. Not coming back again.

I went in this morning to do some shopping and since I'm there I knew there is a balloon section. On my way out to pay Paulette Cornet (not sure if I spelled it correctly). attended me in flower/ balloon section m and I asked how much is it to blow up some number balloons and she said "show me what you got" I showed her there were 32 inch balloons and she said is "$12.98" each I said no these are mine because those are the prices to buy them. She then said I know that's how much is it to blowed them up. I then laughed thinking it was joke but she was serious I was like no way!! I spoke with a manager and said that was a different department but he understood my concern so I didn't want to make it a big deal so I went over and simply asked for her name but instead she repeated her self of the price it's $12.98 to blow them up I said no I'm just asking for your name she then told me her name so I left after paying for my groceries. I understand you want to sell your own products for business but to charge the same amount for helium airnand expect a customer to pay $25.96 to blow up two balloons doesn't seem like a price HEB set. Very disappointed for sure either way.
