Went to the gas station to put eighty dollars in my tank and they wouldn’t take my $100 bill. It was straight from the bank. I’ve never had a store refuse cash like that. I was spending 80% with only $20 coming back to me, so getting turned away over the bill left me standing there confused. What if I’d been out of gas and barely made it there? The whole situation just felt unnecessary, and I left pretty disappointed because it really could’ve been handled better.

If you’re in league city, go to the other one. It’s worth the drive. Today was the last limit before I wrote a review. I’ve had to bag my own groceries over 5 times, this time while the cashier was just talking away like she wasn’t working. The blue shirts, stock controllers are rude as well, act put out any time you ask for help. I asked an employee another blue shirt for an item and they told me word for word “it’s here in the back but I don’t know when it’ll be out.” Telling me they wouldn’t get a product for a customer. I’ve never had a good interaction with any employee in this store. I’ll take the drive to league city pkwy.

Normally I LOVE this HEB! They typically have everything I need, great produce, employees are always nice and helpful. But I bought a bag of oranges just 4 days ago and half of the bag is already moldy, rotten, inedible! Do better HEB. With the high price of groceries right now, half of a bag of wasted oranges is expensive.

Arrived at 8:44 for a curbside pick up and I texted the code for parking spot. I noticed vehicles pulling into parking spots around, after my arrival, and leaving minutes later. After nearly 25 minutes, with the parking spots empty around me. I contacted my wife to check-in online. Upon checking in I waited another 10 plus minutes before my pick up order was delivered. I would expect this from any grocery store but HEB. Hopefully, I will have a better experience next time.
