- DAD ASep 28, 20252.0We ordered 2 bacon Burgers and they sold fríes and drinks separately so we ordered large everything not knowing what was going to be served brown big Sixpack bag half full of fríes and soggy Burgers at the bottom of bag!!! The issue is when we ordered no asked is this your first time visiting and charged like if they are going out of business!!!! Then when they called our number I asked We ordered our food for here and the kid looked at me like not my problem same kid that seen us walk in and had us wait while he tended to a personal matter with another customer but did ask any one else to tend to us finally a young lady asked if we needed help and the rest of the story I explained in the beginning of my whining complaint!!!!! Sorry 5 guys First time and last time at this location but it will be a long time before I choose you over any other burger joint!!!!!

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
