Terribly slow service. I shouldn’t have to ask multiple times where my order is. Line had about 10 people in it yet it took 20+ minutes to place an order. This is reminding me why I stopped going to the Bay Area location long before it closed. This place will only remain open because we don’t have many bagel options.
Our food was very good we got just their bagels in an assortment of flavors. Staff was really nice but we got home and realized we were missing 2 bagles in our order. I'm not holding that against them as this place is very new and both times I've gone it's been packed with lines almost out the door.

I don’t order over the app because on some sandwiches you can’t specify that you would like your bagel toasted. Therefore, I order in store to avoid errors on my order. I guess it doesn’t matter how you order. It still doesn’t get toasted. Don’t change the kind of bagel it originally comes on either. It won’t happen. My mistake for not checking my order before leaving.

Just want to say that the service provided by the employees at this location was wonderful! Ordered some things for our corporate office and they had my whole order ready to go by the time I got there which was as soon as they opened! Amber was extremely helpful and patient with me throughout the whole ordering process! Thank you to the folks at this location! The bagels were a hit at work. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be ordering for our team again!

This was our first time at Einstein Bros, and while it was definitely busy and a bit hectic, the overall experience was good.
Our cashier, Demontray, was extremely helpful and friendly despite the rush. He was actually the only person I noticed consistently welcoming people as they walked into the building, which really stood out—especially in such a fast-paced environment. He handled everything with a great attitude.
Unfortunately, they ran out of cold brew just as we ordered ours, and he needed assistance removing it from the order. He asked for help from someone I believe was named John (apologies if that’s incorrect), and the interaction was disappointing to witness. When Demontray accidentally entered a number incorrectly, John responded sharply, saying, “No, you put it in wrong. It’s not difficult.”
I completely understand that it was busy and moving quickly, but there’s no need to speak to coworkers that way—especially in front of customers. Demontray remained professional and kind throughout, and I truly wish him the best.
The food was good, and the environment was clean. I hope management recognizes the team members who handle pressure with grace.
