I always end up waiting an additional 15 mins for my coffee at the window. And there is almost always something missing from my drink. This morning the soft top was missing, which lead to confusion on whose drink was whose. My husband ended up drinking about 1/4 of my coffee before realizing it was not the 911 he ordered. An online order is supposed to be quick and correct. Order, drive there, pick up, and leave. If I wanted to sit and wait, I would’ve gone to a cafe. It’s delicious coffee, but slow service is making us want to go elsewhere.

The process feels extremely unorganized, and the wait time is unreal. I’ve waited what feels like years just to get a coffee. If Chick-fil-A can move massive lines quickly and efficiently, there’s really no excuse. Their system works because it’s structured and staffed properly. Dutch Bros could take a page out of their book. The whole setup needs to be faster, smoother, and better staffed. As it stands, the wait completely outweighs the convenience of stopping here.

Im a regular and I always joke with my husband that im going to quit my job and go work at Dutch bros because the staff is always so happy and in amazing moods! Most of the morning crew knows me because I frequent so much and it’s a nice feeling when they’re all happy to see me! My bubblegum rebel is always ready once I arrive! Ive never had any issues with wait time or order being wrong.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
