No battery, no power steering, all at once just crapped out. Obviously I was red with embarrassment.. No questions asked two of the Dutch Bros team members came running out and helped to get the car to a parking spot. All smiles, all joy, like it was no big deal. I know this review doesn't have anything to do with the drinks or the flavors, (which are still incredible and made perfect every time) but I think it says something when service goes beyond a job title and works to help someone out of a tough and embarrassing spot with kindness and caring.

My wife ordered ahead of time (30 minutes ahead) so coffee would be ready for pick up. We arrived and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. We asked others that were waiting how long they had been waiting, they were also at 15-20 minutes. I don’t know if you guys realize but people want to pick up coffee and go. Especially if they order on the app. ahead , or are on their way to work, or anywhere else for that matter. I don’t have time for this nonsense. Back to Starbucks across the street at Kroger for us, 5 minute wait max. They’ll have it on time if you order on the app it in.

The drink I ordered today was not ready …. The guy said they didn’t have my order in the system. I showed him my order confirmation on the app. He said , if I take a while to get there… the system boots my order off… doesn’t make sense. I’m done with Dutch bros. Never going back

Seems to be an ongoing issue and clearly other customers are having the same issues based on the reviews. I’m not a huge fan of Starbucks, but at least they get their drinks out timely. Such a bummer!

That just means they make great coffee 🙌 My daughter loves the “pink drinks” aka strawberry smoothie. She’s 4 and orders it as a pink drink and they always go along with it. Thanks for always being such a positive part in our day!

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
