  Very nice clean and my favorite store H.E.B. AND DUTCH BROTHERS IS OFF THE CHAIN BABY. I ENJOYED MY LARGE EAGLE WITH EXTRA CARAMEL, AND DOUBLE SHOT OF EXPRESSO, AND MY DAUGHTER GOT BLACKBERRY MATCHA LEMONADE WITH BOBOA IN IT AND 😋 YES INDEED. DUTCH BROTHERS IS ROCKING...

  I love this place and it's definitely 5 star. The guy making the drinks was sloppy as if he was trying to win a speed drink making contest. I'll gladly wait a few extra moments for my drink to make sure it's done correctly, lid is on tight and the outside is wiped clean from what's supposed to be in the cup.

  Drive thru or walk up window some seats outside. Wonderful coffee, tea and drinks for kids. Pup cups for your dog free. Snack foods no meals. Great coffee.

  My experience was amazing!! I was pretty nervous because I don't order coffee too often and the times I've been to Starbucks gives me anxiety lol. But I spoke with an employee named Daija who was very helpful and recommended some great options! Great experience and fast!!

  I enjoy the coffee and I appreciate the friendly personalities. But the drive-through experience and queuing is ridiculous. There are three lanes and the sign says pull up to the shortest line. When I pulled up in the center lane, I was waiting for the line to move forward. A couple minutes later, a car to the right pulled up and shortly a minute after that, a car to the left pulled up. The employee finally walked out to take orders from an iPad. But being in the center lane proved to be the worst position. All 3 lanes will merge into 1 ahead of me. The employee walked over to the person on my right and the customer in the car let them know that I was in front of them. The employee then told the customer she had a process to follow. After taking that order, she walked all the way over to my left and took the next car’s order (now 2 cars that came after me). Not good, especially when you want coffee. 😵‍💫 I do not know of any other multilane drive-through system this chaotic and not customer friendly. Once I was approached, I politely told them I’m not going to order and I’m going to drive out. I was not coming back. I then parked and went to the walk up window, shared my experience and let them know. I will never be a customer again. Most of my reviews highlight the positives of my experience. My only conflicting issue is I still have money left on my App. 😃 Even if I’m lucky enough to be in the right queue secret somebody else may be getting screwed. There are too many other coffee shops around to worry anymore about it. But the experience alone was enough to warn others. I am in the business of customer service, and you don’t allow a process to exist just because it is the process. You Analyze it, improve it, redefined it, especially if your business is about customer service. My feedback is focused on this experience in the drive-through system. Not the individuals who work there, My experience with them in the past has been very positive. At least if you walk up, there’s a sense of order.
