  I tried to order a birthday cake for my daughter's birthday and thr told me no : because yhe manager is the only one who can take the order. And the phone is out of service 😒

  I always get my order wrong here and bad service. My kids think this place is great. So decided to try again and they messed up my order again. If you notice the sticker says Hot. The picture shows that it is iced. Been to this location about 4 times. Always had an issue each time.

  I ordered at the window. I had to reap myself 3 times. Then I get to the window and she hand me a cone that I d I sent order then got snipy with me because I asked her to makenit right...uuggghhhhh teenagers

  They always forget something or give me the wrong thing in my order. I only go now because my toddler loves the munchin bites and its closer then Shipleys. Sigh....

  Every time I order loaded hash browns the hash browns are sometimes served hot but the cheese is ice cold. I don’t know what would make anyone serve ice cold food. What’s worse is it is every visit as if this is normal.
