  The food was alright but the customer service is lacking. The manager on duty (an older Hispanic woman) is so rude! I was so excited to try this location since it’s easier to get to than the one on the freeway but honestly I’d rather deal with the traffic instead of coming back here.

  I literally was exited to try this new chipotle today, I gave it s try and I am leaving disappointed because I order the new pastor chicken that they been advertising and unfortunately it was too sweet for me. I was honestly going to throw away and leave but I was with friends and they encouraged me to just ask kindly if I can have my bowl remade with just regular chicken. I went to who ever was the leader of the day time shift, it was white hispanic woman with glasses (Milagro). She literally gave me a face when I ask if I could get it remade and she offered to just give me a side of chicken in a clear cup. I looked at her questioning if she was serious 🧐 but in truth she was. There was an awkward silence and I just told her well what am I going to eat the chicken with? (In my mind im like is this lady really gonna make pick out the chicken I don’t like in this bowl?) but anyways she eventually said it was fine, but as the employee that was prepping my food she started talking to the employee saying she has to tell every customer that get the pastor chicken that is sweet and that we can’t exchange it, so this won’t happen again. Keep in mind she ONLY TOLD HER. Shifting the blame to her which I felt was unfair because why don’t you tell the rest of the team as well? And why are you talking to an employee like that in front of a costumer. Awful experience. Never coming back. Please coach your general manager better. Is really not that deep. It wasn’t the girls fault that I didn’t like the new item in the menu, is not like the created the menu.

  Food was very cold and gave me food poisoning have been really it was the only thing I ate I knew something was wrong how fast my food came out

  I was super excited for this location to open since it's right down the street from my job but I was not impressed with the service and product I received. I ordered pickup and went through the pick up lane, timed it perfectly for my lunch break. Again I'm just down the street so I pick the soonest possible time. I go pick up my order and my food is ice cold. I go inside to let them know my food was cold, the staff was not friendly at all then they argued with me about the food being cold, stating since it had salsa on top that will make the food cold. I told them I understood that it not being piping hot more on the warmer side due to the salsa but it shouldn't be ice cold. I had just ordered this. They did remake my order but I am not impressed with this location and I will not be back. That's pretty sad considering this location has only been open a week. Maybe not even that long.

  The food was good I mean it just tasted like Chipotle. The person who made our bowl wasn’t very friendly and didn’t wait to hear what we said before adding it to our bowl.
