  If I could give a negative -10 I would. The food was awful, soggy limp FF's, chicken tenders old and over breaded, 4 round potatoes with meal that were soggy and old. I should have known better, went at 5:30, NO cars in drive thru, NO people inside....tell tale signs of poor food quality. Never go again!!!!!!

  It has potential but needs work. Ordered here twice. And both experiences fell short. Never had bojangles before that and the hype for this place may be its downfall. My first order, the biscuits were over cooked and dry. This same likeness was carried over to the bo berry biscuits and the strawberry cobbler, which wasn't worth getting your blood sugar up for, so I threw it away. The iced caramel coffee was not it because it was made wrong the first time and when they "added" sweet cream to make it better, it was ok but would have been better if it was made that way to begin with after I went back on the app to see what I could have done differently, only to find out that it states the caramel iced coffee comes with sweet cream...moving on. The only thing good is the chicken tenders, at least they redeemed themselves on that and I would get it again but just the tenders. The dirty rice could use work, don't expect real legit dirty rice, it tastes like zatarans or tony's so it was decent enough. Decided to come back in the morning to give them a chance at breakfast, soon as they opened at 6am. Biscuits were fresh and that gave me a smile. Then the frown...the iced caramel coffee fell short again. I was given regular iced coffee with regular cream, not sweet cream, missing the caramel completely. Just horrible experience on the iced coffee so I give up on that. The hash browns taste like onion rings...guessing they use a similar coating. Not my taste but may be someone else's. The sausage biscuit was decent as well as the chicken biscuit. In all, the only thing worth it is the chicken tenders and a bit of breakfast as far as the sandwiches at least. I recommend trying for yourself if you want to experience the food on your own terms but lower the bar if you were drawn in by the hype. As mentioned, there is potential but the execution needs work. Also the app needs work as well but that should be later on when the quality of the food is better and making the items as they are described is followed before making a better app to be able to customize orders or offer limited time items. Hope this review helps make a difference to give someone else a better experience. Take care.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Bojangles due to the behavior of the manager, Danielle. During my visit, she was extremely rude and disrespectful while interacting with customers. What made the situation even worse was how she treated active military personnel, showing a lack of professionalism and courtesy that you would expect from someone in a management position. In addition to the poor attitude, my order was handled very poorly. Items from the order were forgotten, and when the issue was brought up, it felt like the customer was treated as an inconvenience rather than someone they wanted to help. Instead of trying to fix the situation promptly, it seemed like the customer was placed last and not taken seriously.Overall, the service during this visit was unacceptable. A manager should set the tone for professionalism and good customer service, but unfortunately that was not the case here. I hope Bojangles addresses this issue so that future customers - including military members - are treated with the respect and service they deserve. Especially since we were visiting.

  First time coming here, Martise was very friendly and welcoming. We loved the food! Tenders were good and seasoned well. Fries were steak like fries and seasoned well too. Bunch of sauces to choose from, all were good. Overall good experience, will come back again.

  Look out Popeyes, Bojangle's is bringing IT! No joke this place has it going on. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I took a while looking at the menu as it was my 1st time and the cashier was patient and helpful. The building is clean and smells good. The chicken is so yummy! Seasoning is on point. Not to hot, not boring either, just right. The Mac and cheese is good and so are the fries. I definitely will be coming back.👌🏽
