  I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Nathaniel at Bojangles for his outstanding customer service! Every time I visit, he’s working hard, moving nonstop, and making sure everyone is taken care of with a smile. You can tell he takes pride in what he does—he’s always on his feet, always helping, and always bringing great energy to the restaurant. Thank you, Nathaniel, for your dedication and incredible work ethic. Employees like you make the whole experience better! Keep up the awesome work! 👏💛🍗

  Honestly I love bojangles and was so glad we finally got one close as I live in TX city. Made the 20-25 min drive just to be “greeted” at the window by Molly. She was rude and impatient. It was giving she doesn’t really like her job. Versus when I go somewhere like canes they are always very excited to talk to you. Overall my only complaint is customer service. Maybe we should remove her from speaking to customers?

  We already have a tenders only restaurant down the street. Why do we need another? Get the bone in chicken stuff I know and love from Bojangles and I'll improve my rating. Such a huge let down right now.

  Food was excellent great flavor, juicy tender chicken. The potato rounds had a different delicious taste. Nothing I’ve ever had before. The staff was super friendly manager came out checked on me twice. See if I needed anything even tried the pastry biscuits phenomenal I will definitely be back five stars all the way.

  Bro this place rocks , chicken is so much better than the raising canes down the street , breading doesn’t fall off when the chicken cools down, and the the chicken is actually seasoned ( unlike canes chicken which exclusively sits in a salt water bath overnight for seasoning)
