- SVSaris ValadezDec 30, 20251.0Came here around 8:45 to get some ice cream on my birthday. It says they close at 10:00 so not thinking anything we go right after dinner. When we walk in we notice they have all of the ice cream out of the coolers. The female employee then proceeds to say that they are not serving ice cream anymore because they are deep cleaning the coolers. I’m sorry but as someone who has food service experience this is ridiculous. Coming in over an hour before close and you aren’t serving ice cream? Seems like they just wanted to try and get things shut down to get out of there sooner. I hope the store manager is aware of this if this is something that is allowed than you shouldn’t have it put online that you close at 10. And the customer service didn’t save any part of this experience either, the girls had an annoyed attitude and clearly did not want to help any customers. Very disappointing.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
