The line management was chaotic, no one seemed to know who was handling what, and customers were left standing around with no direction. Staff appeared overwhelmed and untrained, which is surprising given that openings are usually planned well in advance. Orders were taken incorrectly, simple questions about flavors and promotions couldn’t be answered, and multiple customers around me had to ask for corrections. The ice cream itself was messy and sloppily scooped, and the store didn’t look fully prepared or stocked for the crowd they clearly expected. To make matters worse, the attitude from some employees was dismissive rather than apologetic when mistakes were pointed out. A grand opening should feel welcoming and exciting. Instead, it felt rushed and poorly managed and then they cut off the line on folks that had been waiting 30+ minutes and told them no more promotional scoops. Very disappointing first impression

The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful while I took my time choosing from all the amazing flavors. The ice cream was fresh, creamy, and perfectly scooped. You can really tell they take pride in quality and service here. My order was prepared quickly and exactly how I wanted it, and the team even made great flavor recommendations that I ended up loving. Customer service like this is rare these days. The staff went above and beyond to create a great experience, and the positive atmosphere made the visit even better. I will definitely be coming back again and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great ice cream and excellent service.

How will I get my birthday rewards?

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
