    I was initially going to 5 star review the store. I had an erroneous order, no big deal. It happens. Went back up there to get it fixed, the lady at the drive thru was awesome, both trips. I get back home and I’ll be damned if the order is wrong again. I’m not going back a 3rd time. That’s absolutely ridiculous. It’s 2 bean burritos with sour cream and no onions. First round, had onions. Send no onions and no sour cream. Dogs gonna eat good tonight.

    Order was taken correctly, but made incorrectly. After turning around and going inside to fix the issue, the customer who was in the drive-thru behind us also walked inside with issues in their order. Meanwhile, the team working in the back and at the windows were visually and audibly joking around and having what looked to be a great old time --- at the expense of the quality of their work. Not a good look for Taco Bell in Lavon. Managers: you need to speak with your team about priorities.

    The kids working late here are generally nice enough, but they get the orders wrong often 😫. The hard shell tacos are a disaster every other time. I normally check my bag but it seems like every time I don’t, I get home and I’m missing thingS 😤 and I hate going back when it’s already late. This location better get it together before they no longer have the luxury of being the only place open late in the area.
