  I ordered 2 bean burritos with no cheese and got it with an excessive amount of onions and old beans. I never knew something so simple could be messed up, not once but two times. I’ve been sick and this was gonna be my first meal for the day just for it to make me sick after one bite. Complete waste of time and money. I called the store and made them aware that I would like a refund instead of a replacement. The manager on the phone was unapologetic and just said “ok, when would you like to come get the refund?” So now I have to waste more of my time regardless, because they couldn’t do something so simple right the first time. You’re not gonna get anywhere in life if you can’t even handle something so basic. Based off the other reviews this isn’t anything new though. Hopefully ya’ll are capable of doing better.

  Waited 30 min for my order just to only receive half of it and paid extra for certain things that they did not include. I went to let the employees know just to be waiting at the front trying to get someone’s attention (getting ignored) once I finally got a hold of someone and let them know I had to wait another 30 min with out getting my food waiting at the front a couple more minutes getting ignored till I just left horrible service if I could leave 0 stars I would lazzziest people I’ve ever seen.

  First of all I want to say I love toco bell. So I have been to some location food is good restaurant is clean ect... However This location in Lavon tx is one of the worst I have been too. The place was dirty drink spill everywhere dirty tables ect.. I took them 20 min to make my food. It seemed they were just making orders for the drive thru and there was around 5 people in lobby waiting for their food. You could see the frustration on them as well.. So hopefully upper management take note of this and make changes.. please I leave near by but I can't eat there anymore..

  Unfortunately some of the places are run down by careless staff and lack of leadership … walked in and, immediately out when noticed how dirty every single table was, the floors and lack of ownership. Feeling sorry for the poor soul that invested all this money in a new shiny place to be ran to the ground in a few years.

  Over the last few weeks this place has turned to a horrible Taco Bell, came here about a week ago and employees were throwing out racial slurs towards each other, I just now went to order my food went thru the drive thru and they messed up by giving me someone else order and didn’t even say hi nothing just handed it to me. Then when I went in waited a few minutes for someone to fix the issues and was still going to mess up the order. Definitely need some change at this Taco Bell for sure.
