  My order was incomplete, my food was undercooked and they placed my entire order in a bag that couldn’t contain what I ordered. The staff member rolled her eyes when I expressed my concerns. Below is a picture of what is supposed to be a strawberry lime slush. Idk what that is.

  When they brought me my order they forgot my son's plain footlong..so I told the young lady it was missing. She took it back and returned with a footlong with chili and cheese. Of course, I sent it back, and after about a 20 minute wait the manager ( heavy set short white woman) I am descriptive because I didn't get her name..comes out and brings me a footlong and a drink coupon for the long wait. I drive all the way home to realize that they purposely given me a burnt hot dog. I went back up there and took all the food back, and asked her "who would eat this?" I told her I wanted my money back and my $5 cash tip. I would NEVER eat here again...you shouldn't either.

  Absolutely the worst Sonic EVER!! You order something based on the adverse picture and they bring out totally different but when you ask them to fix it, they say “thats not how we serve it here”. Incredibly rude teenagers, slow service (thanks for the melted ice cream you waited 15 mins to get out to me). And how bad it is at this location is the k my consistent thing about them.

  We did a mobile order a little after 8 and the employees didn’t even show up until 8:30 we had to wait for our food for an hour. They said if they refunded it it would take 5-10 business days. The last time they refunded us we never received the refund. This store is the worst of the worst. This store is poorly managed.Do no recommend unless you want to wait over an hour for you food and then they still forget items.
