  -5 stars. Horrible customer service. We arrived, sat, drink order was taken, served, then food order taken. Partial order was served, 10 minutes later the rest. Had to get up for our own refills 3x. Server never came to the table, not once to see if we needed anything. Asked for ranch, took him about 7 minutes to bring it, all while my wings were getting cold. Another group of 3 young men arrived and sat at a table, 15 minutes passed by, server never attended, they got up to the front to place an order and pay right there and then. HORRIBLE!

  Horrible experience never felt more ignored by our server his name was George, young man had a bad attitude. We called him over several times and wouldn’t come to our table. We order wings and was waiting on him to ask for Ranch the never came I had to get up and go ask for them in the front with another young man with a bad attitude name Israel young curly hair. My husband has to call him (George) over to our table 3 times before he could bring us drink refills. Felt like we were annoying them, they just looked like they didn’t want to be there at all. I grew up going to this Pizza Hut and the experience was always fun and the environment was family oriented now it’s an empty, ignored place and I don’t blame them no one would enjoy dinner with that service. Do better services and management, at all times my husband my kids and I remained polite and only at the end asked for both of their names.
