  The curbside pickup takes long. There were no cars in the drive thru nor in the curbside pickup when I got there. After waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes for my food which was only 6 piece nuggets they were room temp. Very disappointing

  Hay q entender el concepto de tipo de comida q es y no exigir calidad de carne, te saca del apuro y en esta ubicación, generalmente está buena la comida.

  One of the best McDonalds in laredo! From the multiple times I’ve visited, they never get my order wrong and the customer service is great! The place is also very clean and very quick in the drive thru

  This is our usual go to McDonald's because at the other McDonald's locations we've experienced bad customer service or they mess up our orders most of the time. We go out of our way just to drive further to this location. So we waste a lot of gas just to go to this location. So earlier today my boyfriend picked up a breakfast order for us. We ordered 2 different meals. The food and orange juice were delicious. For my drink with my meal, I had ordered a small vanilla iced coffee. Because I had been craving one all week. I was sadly disappointed! Because someone forgot to add the vanilla syrup to my coffee!! 😭 So they gave me a small flavorless coffee with creamer. Man, I was so excited to enjoy my coffee. 😞 I ended up adding a bit of sugar to my coffee. I'm disappointed because lately they have been slacking. This is the 3rd time that I've had a bad experience at this location. During different days and times of course. I hope I they can please give me a new vanilla coffee for the inconvenience. FYI: I called 3 times and the phone just rang and rang. On the 3rd time that I called they answered the phone and hung up on me. That was so rude!! 😒 I only left a review because no one picked up the phone when I kept calling. Honestly, if they would have answered my phone call, to fix their mistake I wouldn't have left a bad review.
