  I stood in the restaurant in front of the cash register ready order. I was NEVER acknowledged. Everyone inside in safety vests & they saw me & just never cared. There was a line in the drive thru & several cars waiting for their orders. I’m so disappointed on the lack of manner & attention. I’m an older woman (granny) even worse not to pay attention to me. Anyway I drove next door to whataburger for an awesome experience. Please correct the situation fast.

  Missed items on my order. Had to walk back into the store and then was ignored for at least 20 minutes before I had to wave them down frantically just to get their attention

  Put in my order this morning, and I saw 2 cars waiting for their order. Waited for 7 minutes at the window. I advised the mgr I would pick up my order tomorrow because I still need to drive 10 minutes to work. They did take long and it was just a biscuit egg and cheese by its self. I arrived 3 minutes before my punch in so glad I left. Hopefully I can get my food tomorrow, with out any problems.

  ask if they could change my frappe and they didn’t get what i ment and she started giving these ugly face expressions towards me and i told her tha she don’t look good acting like that and she was there all quite like she didn’t care and her giving that bad attitude is just worst for her i literally just ask to change my frappe cus it was melted like???
