Even when the lady was calling my number I called back politely and said I'm a table could you please serve me my food. She told me to get up and come get it. Ok .. you get what you pay for. Horrible service with a smile. But I got something to tell you McDonald's bubba bubba bubba it ain't cheap no more. And service matters. Probably not coming back to this McDonald's. If your customers set it up for dine-in tell your staff to put it on a tray like they're supposed to and take it out to the table. And then ask the customer politely do you need anything else we have jelly we have butter we have other things condiments.
