Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    Went in this morning and got an employee with a really bad attitude. The food they gave me was cold. I told the manager about it and didn’t even offer to make it again. I turned around and someone said I would have eaten it cold. Well that’s you not me. This has been the only whataburger store with very bad service. Never returning to this store.

    Ordered a the “buffalo ranch” chicken strip sandwich but I got this. Only ranch hardly any buffalo on the buffalo ranch sandwich. Was told to bring back the sandwich to get another one after getting home to this. Bad customer service from manager Mac for the wanting a customer to bring back the original sandwich so they can make it ”right”. Been offered better customer service at other locations.

    Food taste great, Whataburger has always been number one What is disappointing is just like all the other businesses like McDonald’s and Wendy’s they are applying Shrinkflation to their products. It is obvious that some of the menu items they are making the buns and the meat portions smaller. It is very deceiving to the pictures that they advertise.
