Today on November 20th, 2025 I entered the establishment with the intend and belief that I was a customer. I did have the intend of purchasing a sub before work for breakfast however I had to take use the restroom before hand because it was an emergency. I rushed to the restrooms because it was urgent while I did so I overheard the employees mumble and didn’t think much of it but did overhear something about “don’t worry the restroom is locked.” I overheard and asked kindly if I may use the restroom. To my surprise it was locked and I asked if I may use the restroom before placing my order to when I got the response “only for customers..” and refused to allow me to use the restroom. I informed them I did plan on placing an order. They were rude and refused stating it is only for customers use only. I empathize I did plan on order something afterwards but told them I really have to go. They refused and began ignoring me when I was asking kindly. They were rude and stuck up about it. Didn’t even bother hearing me out or taking my word that I was going to purchase food and place order. Not to mentioned they are the few Subways open 24/7 and this one always seem to provide terrible service while doing so even in the late night. I decided to leave not before asking for their names of the employees which they did not provide one of them even took of her name tag lol service had always sucked here but now even more kill my vibe fr and we’re purposely playing with me they saw I had to go and I was being nice as well. Again I was willingly to buy food ofc but I was not given the benefit of the doubt. What use is it to have restrooms and claim it’s only for customers but won’t allow them to use it because of doubt I HAD TO GO AND THEY SAW THAT AND CHOOSE TO GIVE ME A HARD TIME

preordered through the Subway app and included a request in the instructions: “Can the Baja Chipotle sauce be separate on the side please, and not on the sandwich.”
When I picked up my order and checked it in the car, the sauce was on the sandwich, exactly what I was trying to avoid. No big deal, mistakes happen. I walked back inside and politely asked if it could be remade as I’d ordered it.
But when I explained that I had asked for the sauce on the side, the young tall lady behind the counter immediately said, “No you didn’t, the ticket says on it.” I pulled out my phone and showed her the order instructions, and only then did she offer to remake the sandwich. She then told me that I had to pay 38 cents to have sauce on the side. Im not kidding. I said no, I dont want extra I just dont want it on the sandwich I want it on the side instead. She said she cannot do that and if it is on the side she must charge me 38 cents. I paid it and wished her a good night, but the attitude she gave me over a completely reasonable and polite request was disappointing. I was polite the entire encounter as I have worked in the food industry before, however still ended up paying more for something that wasn’t my mistake and was given a terrible attitude the entire time.
I've never written a google review before, this puts into perspective how awful this young lady was. Really frustrating experience.
