Horrible experience with an employee who literally got me out of the isle I was in and told me to move another isle for 15+ items when I had LESS than 15 ... I asked her if she was management and she stated "no"... She then went and told the manager on duty "DANNY" who proceeded to insult me in front of many customers while I was paying and had moved to a regular check out without ever seeing what actually happened... I believe any good manager would have First gotten both sides of the story and Second tried to mediate an appropriate solution instead he told me NEVER to go in HIS store again... this manager lacks in people and communication skills ... it's not just walking around the store like he's the only rooster in a chicken coop.

I don’t why I keep giving HEB Saunders the benefit of the doubt. I guess because I live three blocks away. They continue to downgrade. When you don’t have four out of my six items, there’s an issue. Then the produce is old. I just left because the chile serranos were the last straw. They were all ripe. The elderly man digging for good ones agreed. I understand they’re trying to do upgrades but get it together Saunders. No ground chicken, no Ramen noodles (boxed) riped bananas, no green ones. No Apco Premium Chorizo. No spring water restocked. I promise it’s the last time. 😂 I’ll keep traveling to McPherson/Del Mar location.
