  Staff Is amazing! Produce and meat is fresh. Very clean and organized. Traffic is a bit chaotic, just be cautious and patient.

  Great experience at H-E-B. Anna at the Barbacoa/Menudo stand was very friendly and put out a positive vibe. Employee Joe was also helpful and easy to interact with. Checkout was smooth. My cashier, Emery, greeted me and thanked me when I was done. He remained professional throughout the transaction. My only recommendation is that he engage more directly with customers rather than having personal conversations with the bagger during checkout. The store was organized, clean, and well stocked. Food quality met expectations and overall service was solid. I would return.

  More often than not, my son tends to run off when we are shopping in the store. It is dangerous. At another heb location we have used used a specialized cart made for just such a situation. It has a large seat and a chest safety harness. In my search for someone who could help, i found a group of what looked like upper management. A man stepped forward and asked about my situation. After explaining myself, he mentioned that he knew of my child. Immediately he pulled out his phone and asked where i had seen such a cart. He then sent a message to the manager of that heb asking for the order number of the cart and assured me he would get the cart. I was not able to get his name, but if he reads this, please know i am more than greatful. I send my thanks and praise. The next day we visited the heb plus location and to my supprise, sitting in the cart corral, was the exact cart we talked about. Heb is a company that cares for and loves our community. Everyday they serve our needs and go the extra mile with events like the feast of sharing, etc. I will not soon forget the kindness and understanding offered to my family that day.
