Because the chicken is done early in the day, it is reheated for orders later in the day and evening. HEB has the resources and faculty for great BBQ chicken and it's never good compared to Pollo Palenque and Pollo Feliz. This goes for most of the HEB chicken BBQ locations. Though the roasted corn is delicious.
