  What the heck just happened to me? I went thru the drive thru this morning, highly expecting the average morning coffee to get me going. I was greeted quickly and friendly. For being 6:25 in the morning, I’m not used to people being so nice so early. Ordered a large caramel latte. I asked if they had any food and was offered muffins or a granola bar. Chose the granola bar. My order my ready when I got to the window. Added 1 more latte for my teammate. While I waited for the second latte to be ready the drive thru employee chatted with me and before leaving, that employee and a second employee told me to have a good day. I have never had 2 people in ANY drive thru window tell me to have a good day. Everyone in coffee shops or fast food is usually grumpy, rude, acts like they are having the worst day of their life. Now, for the good part. The granola was likely a heavenly morsel of deliciousness and felt like it weighed half a pound. Moist, soft, perfect ingredients. This think makes other granola bars look like they need to go back to granola school and try again. The latte was smooth and gave me the perfect morning kick. To say I will be back to this location multiple times a week is an understatement. Thank you, Dutch Bros. You are doing it right and have just become an essential part of my morning routine.

  I had a great first time experience!!! The ladies taking my order were very welcoming and genuinely nice. The line was quick, I waited maybe 10 minutes. The atmosphere was very positive and fun. A young gentleman came out and told the employees in the drive through, "GREAT JOB GUYS!!". I almost said thank you because it even made me feel like I was doing a great job!! Lol Keep the great customer service guys. It's rare in Laredo

  Great service! Despite being a new location the drive-thru line went quick (about a 30 minute wait, wrapped around to the end of the gas station), and the walk up window was even faster.

  The coffee from your local coffee shops has better coffee. My sister liked her coffee, and my dog enjoyed his pup cup. Unfortunately, my coffee was very bland. I ordered the Golden Eagle without caramel, thinking I might find it too sweet, but on the contrary, my coffee had no flavor.

  As someone who’s been waiting for Dutch Bros here in Laredo for 2+ years, it was well worth the wait! Please understand that it just opened yesterday and there will be a line and avg. wait (mine was like 35 min) some other friends ranged from 15min- 1 hr. But like always when something new opens here, it’s always packed. Expect it like this for probably a month!
