On my last chipotle visit, I asked for regular white plain rice in my bowl. Upon eating it, I realized the rice was severely undercooked. It was as crunchy as a taco shell, causing terrible pain in my mouth. A day later, a piece of my tooth has fallen out. Yes, you read that correctly. I urge the kitchen staff to PLEASE ensure you are cooking the food correctly because this is just terrible and embarrassing. Never will I be visiting this location in specific again.
