  They don’t have CLEAN trays, I even showed to the guy that all trays were dirty and he did nothing, disgusting.

  I ordered the Philly cheesesteak sub. I was very very disappointed being the first time that I am coming to this location do try out the food. It tasted like cardboard. The meat was so thin a flat like paper it had absolutely no flavor whatsoever to it. The lemonade was extremely sour and over sugared syrup. Customer service was good, that I will give you. However the taste of this food was absolutely horrible with no flavor at all. I would never recommend this place at all whatsoever Subway is way better. I've been doing consumer reports with restaurants for 18 years now and this is one of the worst absolute flavored subs.

  I come here a lot but today I ordered my food to go I assume it’s going to be ok since my only request was no mushrooms I get home and see this not even the kids fries are this portion my fries I always get the small and it’s half of this plate full of fries smh whoever did this was done intentional im so disappointed. I was craving them all day, I called numerous times, but they did not answer. I’m not going back and I go almost every day…

  The sandwich was made fresh and was very good. The fries and cheese sauce were good as well. Friendly and prompt service, but do expect to wait because the meat for the sandwich is cooked after you order.
