  I was having a hard time with ordering on the APP so I called the store and a girl named Lilly answered I told her my problem and she said to place the order on line and she would help me with my order on her end. She took my order and told me not to worry she was so polite, super helpful and when I spoke to her general manager Becki I was in shock as to how nice everyone was. I will eat my wings because of Lilly. Thank you BWW GO for a great Saturday

  We ordered chicken habanero, dippers (strips) Fried pickles and mozzarella sticks and a few other things. The fried pickles were cold, The cheese from the mozzarella sticks weren’t even melted And they did not give us marinara sauce. Our food was cold and they did not put the habanero sauce On the strips. We showed our receipt of how we ordered our food and they attempted to charge us for more habanero sauce when we did not even receive any. We also did not receive any ranch. I was really expecting more from this to go place specifically because it was buffalo wild wings.

  The food was good, but the service is terrible. I’ve been waiting on a refund since early December. I provided the order number multiple times and still no resolution. No one seems capable of fixing a simple issue, so I was forced to dispute the charge with my bank. Management is clearly inexperienced and obviously Ipad babies and not good actually solving problems.
