The first time I came through the drive thru, I was attended by a young boy who was very dismissive and looked like he did not want to be there, however, thats not my problem, I gave him a 100 dollar bill since I unfortunately did not have change and he looked bothered. He asked me if I had any change and I said no and he mumbled “it would’ve been easier if you did but I guess” keep in mind he had 5 20$s in his pouch. Like sir its not even your money I just want my damn change but I guess I made his life “harder” by not having change🤷♀️ anyways horrible experience.

For the amount we pay for this food including the long wait this food needs to taste better. Definitely going to stay away for 3 months and give them some time to go back to basics to keep my business. A couple little hints are change your oil at the proper time and go back to the original chicken you were buying. If I am incorrect on the chicken, then stop buying old chicken. Also, stop setting orders incorrectly. I alone have you at 70% incorrect orders. Anyways, see y'all in 3 months.✌️

I had to wait 15 minutes for my food in the parked spot which I was okay with, but they forgot a 4 count mini of mine and completely forgot my sauces and gave me a bunch of honey I didn’t ask for. They need to do better.
