  Food was okay, but the appetizers were stale and cold. Place was extremely dirty, table was sticky. Service was below bare minimum. Our waitress only came by for our drinks and the check, besides the one time I had to call her out after 30 minutes for a refill. The waiter who handed us our food seemed frantic and untrained. Medicore experience. Decent value.

  The food was poorly made at this location. The buffalo chicken wrap was falling apart and tasted rough. The best part was visiting with friends and watching the game. Staff paid less attention once they found out I wasn't drinking alcohol.

  Went yesterday to order to takeout, I waited 10 min or more waiting for someone to attend me on front. They were 2 waitress talking to each other near the front. When I asked them if someone was going to attend me, they just told me "we don't know" and they remained talking to each other saying "these people take too long" when I thought they were going to the back and ask someone to take my order. Horrible experience and service. 👎👎👎👎👎

  They need New management with stricter regulations on the team, they lack customer service and sense of urgency. Wait time is more than 30 min, customers walking out of the waiting line cause it’s outrageous in the wait with so many open tables and low staff members. The food by the time it comes it’s cold and when u advise the waitress they make faces. This place needs a shape up.

  Great service with our server, however during happy hour its supposed to be all appetizers 6 dollars except the ultimate sampler. So we ordered the sliders, we were charged full price and would not honor the menu promotion. When asked the manager why they argued with another flyer in back not on table. Do not tust this BWW they are dishonest at this location not honoring promotions here.
