  Drinks are delicious, service is a hit or miss. I have had some really great experiences and others who need to practice what they preach. I understand we all have shitty days but don’t be rude and at least try to “Cultivate kindness”.

  I just purchased 2 medium hot drinks. One was a French Vanilla cappuccino with extra foam. They took that way too literally. Half the cup WAS FOAM. So I basically paid $6.50 for half a cup of foam. All they did was left me annoyed and ruined my morning.

  I’ve been a loyal customer at this Seven Brew location since it opened, and I’ve always appreciated the energy and service from the staff. But recently, something has clearly changed, and not for the better .Every time I’ve come this week, the employees have been outside constantly, and they look drained . It’s not just a one-time observation it’s been consistent, and it’s concerning. From a customer’s perspective, it genuinely feels like the employees are being treated poorly. Whatever changes have been made, they’re negatively affecting the people who keep this place running. Y’all need to do better by your staff. They deserve to be taken care of, they’ve always been amazing before.

  Hey, didn’t know you all were allowed to buy google reviews with 7B swag at checkout. Thanks! I’m reviewing tho because this store has great staff. I noticed the vibes have been low these past few days. I asked them and they said their manager quit. Instead of google reviews how about we take care of them cuz they said the redhead and new manager are forcing them to stay outside to get orders even if there are no orders to take. Laredo heat is no joke man. Let these kids go inside to cool down and get some water. That’s wild. SMH

  Quería comentar algo que me preocupa. He visitado 7 Brew varias veces y he notado que un hombre que aparece de vez en cuando suele estar allí. Cada vez que está, parece observar de forma insistente a las empleadas; su comportamiento siempre me ha resultado incómodo porque se queda mirándolas de una manera inapropiada. No le di demasiada importancia hasta mi visita del domingo 15 de marzo. Noté que una de las chicas jóvenes parecía visiblemente incómoda con él cerca. Solo estuve allí unos minutos, pero también observé que otras empleadas parecían intentar mantenerse cerca de ella o apoyarla de alguna forma. Fue muy evidente y me llamó mucho la atención. No sé si ya están al tanto de esta situación, pero quería mencionarlo porque me preocupa el bienestar del personal. Creo que sería importante que se revise o se aborde este asunto.
