- GGGammaGNov 6, 20254.0Original post: Food was not hot on delivery, only just still warm, and not as good as other Sonics I have been to. Strange taste to my limeade like soap residue or something like that. Onion rings over fried to super dark and leather like onion. Lettuce on burger tasted strange too similar to soapy taste from limeade. Payment feature from screen where I ordered was not functional. Disappointed in this Sonic location. Updated review: after I posted the review above, I was contacted by the GM who offered to re-make my order at my convenience and I took him up on that offer today. The Manager on duty was GREAT and remembered the GM talking about my experience to the crew. She personally took my order and delivered my food piping hot and waited to make sure there was no issue with my order. Fantastic management was absolutely demonstrated in their handling of my prior experience at their location.
