  I came through around 6am the other morning and Taia was working, she honestly made my whole morning better. Even that early she was so upbeat, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She took the time to talk with me and made sure I was starting my day on a good note, which is something you don’t always see that early in the morning. You can tell she really cares about the people coming through the line and making their experience a great one. My drink was made perfectly too — seriously one of the best I’ve had. She clearly takes pride in what she does and always makes sure everything is just right. One of my favorite little things is when I do an order ahead and pick it up later because she always draws a little heart on the cup. It’s such a small detail, but it really shows how much she cares and it always makes me smile. Employees like Taia are exactly why I keep coming back. She’s friendly, thoughtful, and goes out of her way to make every customer feel special.

  I think the owner of this franchise should know this; my husband and I drive through and ordered coffee on Thursday 3/12/25 before shopping at Kroger across the street. When we drove to the window to get our coffee the young man scanned our app then handed his iPad to my husband and said, see if you approve this and you can leave a tip if you want. How rude????? Never has this happened at any other Dutch Brothers or StarBucks! My husband just handed the pad back and no tip of course. The girl making the coffee and the young male just laughed. Know we will drive to Starbucks or another Dutch Brothers if this is how you train your employees. I would hope you do not approve and will correct this by ridding yourself of such a rude and unprofessional employee!

  I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to recognize someone who truly made my day. I’ve been coming to this location for several years, and every time I have the chance to interact with Simon, I drive away from the drive-through in a noticeably better mood. His enthusiasm and genuine smile are contagious, and we need more people like him in the world. On top of that, he makes a fantastic cup of coffee. Experiences like this are what make Dutch Bros such a great place to start the morning. Honestly, if Simon ever leaves, I might have to rethink where I get my coffee!

  My favorite is Cocomo. I would suggest to go with quarter sugar if possible on it. But great place for coffees and this is my alternate location instead of Starbucks
