I'm a huge Whataburger fan but this particular location is terrible. Everytime I go to this location they get my order wrong. It doesn't matter if I'm in Drive thru or Doordash or Uber it's always something missing. I've tried to hold my tongue in the past but it's just getting ridiculous. It's bad enough that you have to wait nearly 30min for a breakfast taquito but damn you give me everything on my order except the Taquito that was supposedly the reason for the delay.

This Whataburger is always backed up. Partly every time you walk in the inside or look in the back there in the serving area. There is at least two to three people always just standing. I feel sorry for the cook. If you're on the clock you should be working. I'm not one of those people who are unexperienced. I work fast food and y'all are missing the whole point of fast food.

Waited over 40 mins from the time we ordered, they moved us up to wait some more. Cars behind us got their food and drove around us. Finally had my husband go inside to check, manager asked where our food was and no one responded. It wasn’t being made. She ended up refunding us our order and didn’t charge us for the drinks. Feel so bad for the manager. Husband said she looked so defeated. Worst experience.

It's crazy to think they changed lobby hours.Just because the morning crew didn't wanna actually get things done.And ready in time went by there.Multiple times and last few months?For the morning, crew actually locked the doors and hadn't opened them because the manager wasn't there.So I guess they didn't want open the lobby yet.And then about two weeks ago, they posted saying that they were going to change lobby hours.Just 6 a m
