  You gonna wait on your order all day because they’re playing , talking and also very very rude to their customers .

  This location has gotten so much better with staffing and food preparation. The last fews time I have come, my food has been hot and fresh. The staff is much friendlier and courteous.

  Trust me if you’re craving McDonald’s, pick a different location. This one’s rough. I placed a mobile order for a Big Mac and medium fries during my lunch break and went through the drive-thru. They told me to park in spot 1 and wait. I waited 15–20 minutes and nothing came. Pretty sure they gave my food to someone else. I went inside and got ignored. No one came to the counter. I had to go back through the drive-thru again, and this time they told me to park in spot 2. Total time from arrival to food in hand? About 35 minutes. They gave me a free apple pie, which I appreciated… until I bit into it. Also, don’t expect the owner to care. They don’t respond to complaints just send you to the corporate feedback page.

  I have NEVER taken the time to review on anything but I am beyond LIVID with this store. The unprofessionalism, laziness, and lack of customer satisfaction is BEYOND comprehension. Two weeks ago I placed a delivery order through the app. Cost me over $60 with delivery fees, driver tip, and over priced food. 3 meals ordered and only thing received was drinks. After 2 hours of calls between them and door dash, I was refunded $10 and told to replace the order. So now I would have to pay all the fees again, another $60 plus the $60 already spent, $10 refund, equals $110 for three “blue meals”- ummmm nope. Well today, both of my autistic children begged for McDonald’s and HESITANTLY decided to give them another try. BUT, this time I committed to checking order before accepting delivery. AND lo AND BEHOLD, the order was wrong AGAIN. I told the driver I can’t accept and apologized. It wasn’t her fault. She can’t check a sticker sealed bag. So, she is driving to the store now to fix it and I ABSOLUTELY need to pay her extra in tip because I KNOW door dash and McDonald’s SURE WILL NOT. I called Mc Donald’s location that this came from, tried explaining the situation. Even told the girl on phone I know they are over worked, under paid, and under staffed, but this is a repeat issue and my autistic kids now are waiting and their routine is MAJORLY affected by late dinner and bedtime schedule. I was dismissed, interrupted and told, “we will fix it” and then hung up on when I tried to respond. No. “I’m so sorry” or “how can we make this right”, just rudely hung up on. My first job was a McDonald's employee a long time ago and NEVER would I treat a customer like that. I have spent WAY too much money on food that def is not the best for any person really, so I am deleting my app and we will NOT be purchasing from McDonald’s again. I will also be sharing this across every social media platform I can because this is DISCUSTING and NOT ACCEPTABLE. Your food is not worth what we pay so the least you can do is give a crap and treat your customer who pay your paychecks with a little decency and respect.
