  Let’s talk about how I ordered a Nacho BellGrande with extra beef on the side. I was charged for it and they gave me a whole side of nasty refried beans. I called twice and no one bothered to answer the phone to make it right. Customer service just ain’t customer service anymore. Not sure how beef and beans can get mixed up when clearly it was rang up on the screen!

  Yes,I know the reputation. But for quick bite for under 10 dollars per person. The combo meals let you swap almost anything!! I love the Baja Frozen Blast, for the caffeine and taste.

  I had such a great experience today thanks to Miss Jackie! She handed me the food for the delivery with the biggest smile and the kind of positive energy that instantly brightens my night. Even though it was a fast‑food stop, she made the interaction feel warm and personal. My order was correct, the service was quick, and her good spirits made the whole visit stand out. The food was hot and good!! Thank you Miss Jackie

  Ms. Jackie is always a 10/10! I honestly don’t know how they would survive without her. She’s so sweet when me and my family come in and always makes sure we have everything that we need.

  Jackie was the person at the window to assisted me and she was absolutely amazing! Added sprinkles to my kiddos freeze when it didn’t even come with them! She was very kind and read back my order to make sure everything was right!
