  DEE gives the best customer service!!! Y'all need to give them a raise! We always feel welcome and by first names at that, I've never received this kind of customer anywhere. Definitely unique, please take care of your workers and compensate them properly for such outstanding work.

  This is the best Subway Ive been in! Although the food looked great, I wasnt there to have lunch. The reason I can say this is the best place is because of their staff member, Dee Dean👍 She had the most contagious positive personality I have seen in a minute. Treated all her guests like Kings an Queens. Because of her, I will be back! If everyone had employees like Dee, they would have great success. She is a tremendous asset for Subway. She deserves a promotion 👍

  Wayyyy too overpriced. Food is worse than before. Not as good meat. The lady even put olives when I didn’t ask for them. I didn’t see it until I opened the sandwich. How do you screw that up? And for $15? WTH. Never coming back to subway. Haven’t eaten there in like 2 years and then I gave them another chance. Nope. Not again

  Ordered 4 footlongs on the app, I made a mistake and had mayonnaise on one, I made it into the store before they made our food and asked them to not put any mayonnaise on any of the sandwiches. They were actually making them and no one else was in the restaurant. They still added mayonnaise to the sandwich. OK, not a big deal, my mistake. Then the young lady tells me they ran out of meatballs and it would be 8 minutes before more were ready. I asked if I could swap it for a different sandwich and she said that was not allowed. Ok, I was going to wait, but she tells me she can just toast the sandwich and they would be hot. I told her I did not think it would heat them up all the way, she said that it would, I said ok if you think that will heat them up go ahead. I told her if the meatballs are cold I would not eat it. Guess what, the meatballs were hot in the outside and cold in the middle. I went and asked what the solution was to our problem and that they also put mayonnaise on the sandwich that I asked them not to. She got very upset and said that I need to order my food correctly and she would call her manager and see. Then the young man working with her was sent to give me the news, I guess she had no customer service skills and could not communicate properly. I was informed that since I requested the sandwich to be toasted that they would do nothing for me because I got my sandwich the way I wanted. I thanked the young man, told him it was fine and that I appreciate him and no hard feelings and left.
