  My experiences with this restaurant have consistently been negative, and the most recent situation was extremely frustrating. I placed an order online and was charged twice for it. When I went to pick up the order, I was told I needed to show an online receipt—but their own app does not provide one. Because of that, I was forced to pay again at the restaurant just to receive the food. Situations like this make it feel like customers are being overcharged with no accountability. Between this double charge and other past interactions I’ve had here, the overall experience has been very disappointing. Customers should not have to worry about being charged multiple times or paying again because of issues with the restaurant’s system. I hope the business takes situations like this seriously and improves the way they handle billing and customer concerns.

  The mendoza was not very good, no flavor. Honestly tasted like tomato sauce. Tortillas were hard, chips were stale. Ordered a kids hamburger, I think it was under the heat lamp too long because the bread was hard in spots. My partner ordered the crab legs the claw wouldn't break right and the meat was stuck in the claw due to being overcooked. Not busy at all and service wasn't very tentative, ran out of our drink.

  Hoy ordene un cocktail de camarones por $24 y unos quesobirria por $24, los dos llegaron sin nada: no salsas no tostadas o galletas para acompañar la comida. Una experience muy mala, como es que venden platos tan caros sin los apropiados condimentos para elevar su plato y que el cliente sienta que vale la pena los $24 Espero y tomen encuenta mi opinion. Les dejo la foto de lo que recibi por ese precio.

  Demasiado costoso para lo que dan es increíble como roban a las personas ordené comida para llevar y me llegó bien poquito el ceviche Cancún es un robo la verdad 😡me sentí estafada fueron dos las órdenes y me llegaron en vasos de café y lo peor de todo no estaban llenos los vasos es increíble lo que pagué por esta comida es porción como para nińos al igual unos camarones que me comí en el lugar bien poco y pequeños terrible la verdad NO lo recomiendo 👎👎👎👎 pagué demasiado por nada 😡 el servicio de la mesera es lo único bueno de este lugar No se aprovechen tanto de la gente terrible 😡👎👎👎

  This is my second time in here. The manager, Melissa, said she stopped serving my cousin because her 'appearance' looked drunk. Remind you, we were here for a birthday and we were here for 7 minutes and she judged the whole table. Yes, we were excited when we walked in, but she told us no when we walked in. She said you have to be licensed to understand if someone is drunk. I said we just walked in, how can you tell that? She was rude. She also told me she didn’t have to give us corporate number or her last name or her manager name. I said okay my lawyers will be involved because own a business and we know the proper procedures.
